Mr. Kalindu Premathilake is the Managing Director of Leafora Lux Global, providing strategic leadership and driving the company’s vision for sustainable growth and international expansion. His entrepreneurial mindset, combined with a strong commitment to innovation and customer excellence, has positioned Leafora Lux Global as a trusted partner across multiple industries.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in Maritime and Logistics Management from the Ocean University of Sri Lanka and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (MICS). He is also pursuing an MSc in International Business with Business Analytics at Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom, strengthening his expertise in global business strategy, data-driven decision-making, and international markets.
With over six years of professional experience in business development, international logistics, supply chain management, and strategic partnerships, Mr. Premathilake has successfully led numerous commercial initiatives across local and international markets. In addition to his corporate career, he has served for more than five years as a Lecturer at several government and private higher education institutions, contributing to the development of future professionals in logistics, maritime studies, and business management.
His leadership philosophy is built on integrity, innovation, customer-centric solutions, and operational excellence, guiding Leafora Lux Global toward becoming a globally recognized solutions provider.
Mrs. Nilakshi Madagammana serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Leafora Lux Global, overseeing corporate operations, administration, governance, legal compliance, and organizational development. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence while fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
She brings over 15 years of senior leadership experience in administration, legal affairs, human resource management, and business operations. Her expertise in organizational leadership has been instrumental in establishing strong corporate governance and efficient operational systems across the organization.
Mrs. Madagammana is also a Director of Sanyuth Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, where she has gained more than 10 years of experience in the hotel and hospitality industry, contributing to business growth, operational management, and customer service excellence. Her extensive cross-industry experience strengthens Leafora Lux Global’s capabilities in hospitality solutions and corporate services.
Her leadership is characterized by strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and a commitment to delivering exceptional value to clients and stakeholders.
Mr. Nilesh Dinushwara serves as the Executive Director – Engineering & Projects, leading the company’s engineering, marine, technical, and project execution divisions. He is responsible for delivering innovative engineering solutions while ensuring the successful execution of complex industrial, marine, and infrastructure projects.
He holds an MSc in Marine Engineering from the Ocean University of Sri Lanka and has over five years of professional experience in marine engineering, vessel design, engineering consultancy, and technical project management.
Mr. Dinushwara has extensive expertise in marine systems, engineering design, project planning, and technical operations. His practical knowledge and engineering leadership enable Leafora Lux Global to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions across the marine, offshore, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
